Psychedelic integration is the journey after the journey. Integration is the process of taking the wisdom that arose in the journey and bringing it into one’s daily life. Integration takes the psychedelic experience and brings about transformation.

  • Education & Safety: I will assist you in learning about each entheogen to see which experience is best suited for your soul’s journey.

  • Preparation: the psychedelic experience is BIG. Preparing mind, body and spirit will allow you to get the most out of your journey. I will assist you in safety, setting intentions and navigation with tools for your experience.

  • Navigation: emotions will come up during your psychedelic experience. I will assist you in how to navigate these experiences.

  • Integration: I will assist you in understanding and interpreting what happened throughout your journey. We will find the lessons that you learned in your journey and incorporate them into you daily life in order for transformation in your life to happen.

  • Soul Journey & Awakening: working with entheogenic medicines will open your mind and will lead to deeper connections with one another, the Earth and all her creatures. It can also have you question everything you thought you knew to be true. We will dive deeper into your soul’s purpose and mission and see the opportunities in everything you experience.

  • Inner Child Work: past trauma and dysfunction may surface, and I will. Help you reconnect with your inner child by honoring the pain that you went through, to be able to walk through and release to reconnect with those fragmented parts of your soul.

  • Shadow Work: in order to go into the light, you must work in the dark. I will offer a safe space to express your self-destructive patterns and shine a light in order for acceptance for all of oneself to take place.

  • We will honor the experiencing in childhood and work with your inner child to bring the fragmented parts of yourself into wholeness. I will assist with inner child work tools and reparenting your inner child tools for you to feel safe again.

  • We will work to reprogram the negative thoughts and patterns that you learned as survival skills.

  • I will gentle keep you accountable for your goals and support them to maximize your potential.

  • I will assist you in finding your balance through learning what your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs are.

  • I will assist you in remembering who you are and returning to your true self.
